Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 9701 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without notice.
When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information — including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Submitting false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. 9701 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details.

User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
9701 platform users agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, disruptive, or detrimental to the integrity of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, using third-party software to automate betting, attempting to hack the system, or any form of data manipulation.
Users are prohibited from sharing their account or transferring account ownership to another party. Each account is personal and must only be used by the registered account holder.
9701 reserves the right to investigate any suspected suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, voiding transactions, or reporting to the relevant authorities.

Identity Verification
9701 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for new accounts or transactions that exceed certain limits. This is a security measure to protect users' interests and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
All transaction-related disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. 9701 will not be responsible for any disputes raised after this period.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

9701 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users, including loss of funds, opportunities, or data arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9701 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 9701. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Account Suspension
9701 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms, is found to be involved in fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities, without obligation to provide reasons. Funds in terminated accounts will be handled in accordance with our internal procedures.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
9701 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform should first be resolved through mutually agreed channels before any legal action is taken.
